Controversy	On 10 January 2022, actress Bhavana Menon took to social media to share an incident when she was allegedly abducted and sexually assaulted five years before. The alleged attack took place in 2017 when she was returning home after a shooting assignment on the outskirts of Kochi, Kerala, and she was abducted by a criminal gang in a closed van.
