  • After completing his education, he worked for a financial firm before joining Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant. He later worked for a venture capital firm.
  • In 2001, he started working at an internet security firm, Authentium, Inc. He later became the President & CEO of the firm before selling the firm to Commtouch in 2011.
  • In 2006, he met the famous news reporter Megyn Kelly on a blind date.
  • They later began their long-term relationship before breaking up once on New Year’s Eve in 2007 but realized that they couldn’t live without each other. Hence, they got into a relationship again and Brunt proposed to her in September 2007.
