Controversy | Fan Convention Incident: In June 2025, Martin Kove was involved in an inappropriate encounter with co-star Alicia Hannah-Kim. During a VIP meet-and-greet, Hannah-Kim tapped Kove on the shoulder to say hello, after which he allegedly grabbed her arm and bit it hard enough to nearly draw blood. He then reportedly kissed the spot where he had bitten her. Alicia later informed her husband, and the couple confronted Kove, who reacted angrily. A police officer on site stepped in to defuse the situation. Kove, however, later claimed he was joking. Though Alicia declined to press charges, she asked for an official report to be filed. As a result, Kove was asked to leave the venue and was advised not to repeat such behaviour. [1]Variety Soon after, Kove publicly apologised through Jaffe & Co. Crisis Management and admitted he went too far. He apologised to Alicia and her husband, and promised it would not happen again. |
