In 2019, she won gold medals in the Women’s 3 km Pursuit C3 and the C3 500m Time Trial at the UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

In the qualifying round for the Women’s 3 km Pursuit final, Paige Greco finished in 4 minutes 0.206 seconds, which was three seconds faster than the old world record.

In the C3 500m Time Trial, she finished in 39.442 seconds, which was two seconds faster than the previous record.

In 2019, during the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships in Emmen, Netherlands, she won a gold medal in the Women’s Time Trial C3 and came fifth in the Women’s Road Race C3.

In 2020, Paige Greco participated in the 2020 UCI Para-cycling Track World Championships in Milton, Ontario, and won a gold medal in the Women’s Individual Pursuit C3.

That same year, at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo, she won the Women’s 3000m Individual Pursuit C1-3. She set a world record time of 3:50.815 in the gold medal race.

In 2022, she participated in the UCI Para-cycling Road World Championships organised in Baie-Comeau. She won a bronze medal in the Women’s Time Trial C3 and came fifth in the Women’s Road Race C3.

In 2024, during a media conversation, she said that her parents were told that she would not be able to do exercise. This challenge made her work harder and helped her succeed in cycling. She said,

When I was younger, the doctors did say to my parents that I might not be able to run and I would have trouble doing exercise. I think I’ve always had that drive in me that, Yeah, OK, I do have cerebral palsy, but I’m still going to compete because that’s what I love to do.”
