In August 2023, he and his friend, Jeremiah Dwane Branch, went to Osaka City in Japan, where he went to an under-construction hotel and shouted 'Fukushima' to the people there. They were later arrested. Next month, he disrupted a restaurant during business hours after which he was arrested on the charge of obstruction of business. In January 2024, he was fined ¥200,000 ($1,400) and returned to the US.
