Since 2018, he has been a member of the Patna Pirates in the Pro Kabaddi League as a left-cover all-rounder.

Manish used to play wrestling as a child, but he later decided to play Kabaddi professionally after being inspired by local players.

Manish Dhull started playing Kabaddi professionally at NK Academy in Haryana, where he trained under Dilbagh Singh.

In July 2022, during the auction for season 9 of the Pro Kabaddi League, Patna Pirates retained Manish as an all-rounder in Category C. During the tournament, Manish played 13 matches in total and maintained a raid strike rate of 100 per cent. He earned a total of 8 points during the tournament.
