- As a child, Priyanka Kadyan was poor at studies. When she was thirteen years old, she began playing kabaddi after one of her teachers insisted.
- In 2010, she was selected for India Camp, but could not join due to family restrictions.
- In 2012, Priyanka Kadyan played her first senior national kabaddi championship.
- She represented India in the 2014 and 2022 Asian Games and won gold medals in the Women’s team.
- In 2019, Priyanka Kadyan was part of the Asian Games organised in Nepal.
- In 2023, Priyanka Kadyan was the vice-captain of the Indian women’s Kabaddi team that won a gold medal at the Asian Games organised in Hangzhou, China.
- She has participated in many kabaddi championships such as the World Cup, Asian Games, Asian Championships, South Asian Games, Asian Indoor Games, and Beach kabaddi at the Asian Beach Games.
- Once, Priyanka Kadyan said in a media interview that she woke up at 4 am and regularly practised kabaddi for two hours. She helped her mother care for their cows and buffaloes in her village.
