  • Joseph was born and raised in a middle-class family in Kerala. After her birth, her parents moved to Sullia Taluk in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka.

  • Since childhood, she has shown interest in acting, dancing, and anchoring. She used to participate in various cultural events in school and college as an anchor and artist.

  • After pursuing her graduation, Tintumol moved to New Delhi, where she prepared for the civil service examination and also pursued her post-graduation.
  • In 2016, one of her professors at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, introduced her to a Kannada voice-over artist, Srikrishna Bhat. He helped her in getting voice-over assignments.
  • She did voice-over assignments in Hindi, English, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
  • In an interview, Joseph said she wanted to do voice-over projects in Kannada, but she got more projects in Malayalam.
