- Pushpesh Pant is an Indian scholar, academic, historian, food critic, and professor who has worked extensively for the promotion of Indian food through his books and shows. He has also written many articles for various reputed publications like Forbes, Open, Outlook, The Times of India, and The Tribune.
- He studied in different cities including Delhi and Agra.
- After completing his studies, he started working as a professor at Delhi University. He taught at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi as a professor of International Relations before his retirement.
- He has also given many lectures at the IAS preparation academy BYJU’S regarding arts, culture, and international relations.
- He appeared in many episodes of the TV series Raja, Rasoi Aur Anya Kahaniyaan, which showcased the traditional royal culinary practices and the history of dishes of India.
