- At 25, Jorge started working as an editor for the teen magazine Super Pop and celebrity and women’s magazine Pronto after he moved to Madrid.
- Jorge’s debut on television came in 1997 when he starred in the show Extra Rosa on Antena 3 TV channel.
- Jorge debuted as a television host in 2001 on the TV show Rumore, rumore along with Francine Gálvez.
- Jorge rose to stardom in 2003 when he began to appear on the TV show Aquí hay tomate, along with Carmen Alcayde.
