• Nikita Porwal grew up in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. She was raised by her parents to be a thinker. They always encouraged her to question norms rather than blindly follow them.

• When she was in Kindergarten, she participated in a fancy dress competition. While her friends came to the school dressed as Brinjals and Tomatoes, her mother dressed Nikita as Miss India. She won the competition.

• Soon, she developed a passion for the stage and started participating in school plays.

• While in college, Nikita joined a theatre group and has performed in more than 60 plays. She has portrayed Mata Sita, Radha, and Mohini in plays.

• Having a passion for story-telling, Nikita has also written a 250-page play titled Krishna Leela.

• At the age of 18, Porwal began her career as a TV anchor.

• Her debut film Chambal Paar was screened at the International Film Festival in 2024.
