• In 2019, Sapna Singh was cast in the Hindi epic war drama film titled ‘Panipat.’

• On 7 December 2024, Sapna Singh’s 14-year-old son Sagar went missing from Bareilly where he was staying with his maternal Uncle Om Prakash. His dead body was found on 8th December near Adalakhia village.

• After hearing the news of her son, Sapna Singh travelled to Bareilly and held a protest in order to seek justice for his son. Two of her son’s friends were arrested and an FIR was filed on charges of murder.
