  • Oneal Sabu was born in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, where he spent most of his childhood.
  • After completing his schooling up to the 10th grade, he returned to his ancestral homeland, Fort Kochi, Kerala.
  • After completing a Master’s in Law, Oneal Sabu worked as a lawyer in various law firms, specializing in maritime affairs and trade law from 2006 to 2017.
  • In 2017, Sabu left his corporate legal job to pursue his passion for food, culture, and storytelling and made his identity as a food curator and culinary anthropologist in Kerala.
  • Oneal started his culinary journey by writing about his favorite dishes, which eventually evolved into a popular food blog. He later shifted to video content, and his food vlogs quickly gained attention for their engaging storytelling and cultural insights.
  • Oneal once opened his restaurant in Kochi, but that didn’t work well and he closed that within in few months. Since then, he has been working as a freelance chef serving at various renowned restaurants.
