• Abhilash hails from Pathanamthitta, Kerala.

• He is popularly known as Abhisree. The name “Abhisree” is a combination of his name and his wife Sreekutty.

• Abhilash was born with a physical condition known as clubfoot, a deformity developed after his mother contracted smallpox during pregnancy.

• In an interview, Abhilash mentioned that he faced a lot of ridicule throughout his school days because of his physical condition.

• Along with dancing, he was also interested in sports, especially cricket. Later, he became a fast bowler in cricket.

• In 2009, he represented Kerala in an Indo-Nepal cricket tournament.

• Abhilash comes from a middle-class family and supports them by doing various small jobs, including at a chicken stall and as a sales executive.
