- In 2012, he fought against Charlie Middleton for the J.N.I. Promotions, a fight promoter in North South Wales, Australia, and won.
- In 2013, Suman Mokhtarian competed in Rebel FC 1: Into the Lion’s Den against Mubarak Abdat.
- That same year, he competed at Tiger Muay Thai Bali and Mixed Martial Arts.

According to the police, he was walking near Annaluke Street and Riverbrae Avenue around 6 pm when the attack happened.

We have the description of potentially one male in the vehicle. That’s all we know at this stage from the witnesses, [and it] was seen to speed away from the location, and that vehicle was found burnt out shortly thereafter.”
- Jason Joyce, Riverstone Police Area Commander, said in a media conference that the shooting was fearless and it was a shame for their community. He said,
It’s very brazen, and it’s a shame that this is happening in our community. You’d want to think that in a residential area that people could wander the streets at that time of night and be safe, but we do believe it’s a targeted attack.”
