• Abhishek Singh Thakur is an Indian kabaddi player. He came into the limelight when he participated as a raider in the 6th season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) in 2018.

• He began playing kabaddi at the age of 14 when his school sports coach suggested him to join the kabaddi team for district tournaments. Later, he joined GS Kabaddi Academy in Khurja to get professional training and started representing his school in inter-school competitions.
