The film, which depicted the selfless sacrifices of freedom fighters during British rule, was the first Kannada-language short film to win a National Film Award. Adhvithi Shetty shared the screen with actor Akshay Chandrashekhar, who played the role of Bhagat Singh.

  • In an interview, Adhvithi Shetty shared an interesting anecdote about herself and her twin sister, Ashwithi Shetty. They decided to participate in a beauty pageant purely for the sake of fun. The competition consisted of three rounds, and to their surprise, Adhvithi was crowned as the winner. As a reward for her victory, she received a cheque worth one Lakh rupees.
  • Adhvithi Shetty and Ashwithi Shetty had just finished performing in a dance show in Kushtagi, Karnataka, and were on their way back one night. However, their journey took a terrifying turn when they encountered a group of 20 men who insisted on taking pictures with them. With no security around, the twin sisters made the decision to keep driving, but unfortunately, the situation escalated as the mob began hurling stones at them. Adhvithi described this as the most frightening incident she had ever experienced.
