- Fatima Bosch Fernández was born in an influential family known in Tabasco. She is a descendant of Don José Miguel Bosch López de Llergo, an architect from Tabasco.
- Her aunts, Mónica Fernández and Claudia Fernández, had both won the Flor de Oro beauty pageant in Tabasco in 1984 and 2004.
- She studied at several institutions during her school years. She attended Colegio Oxford in Mexico City, Instituto Cumbres Villahermosa and Colegio Arji in Villahermosa, and later joined the Lyndon Institute in Vermont, United States.
- She also studied at Nuova Accademia delle Belle Arti (NABA) in Milan, Italy. From 2021 to 2024, she attended Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Apparel Design.
