- Firoz went to Saudi Arabia in 2007 in search of work. There he worked as a welder till 2012 before returning back to India.
- Firoz learned to cook for himself when he was living in Saudi Arabia as eating from hotels was expensive.
- After coming back home to India, Firoz did not feel like returning to Saudi Arabia so he stayed in his hometown and tried to make a living there.
- Firoz started a photostat shop in his hometown which did not work out for him.
- Due to the poor financial return and low revenue from the photostat shop, Firoz started a YouTube Channel named Craft Media in 2018.
- As Firoz has learned to cook, he started uploading videos of him cooking on his YouTube channel.
- The videos of him cooking blew up and Firoz changed his YouTube name to Village Food Channel.
- Soon he started a second channel named Travel Master, where he uploads travel vlogs and other videos.
