• Mokshitha Pai was inclined towards acting from a very early age and started professionally acting after completing her schooling.

• After completing her formal education, she moved to Bangalore to pursue her career in acting.

• In 2018, Mokshitha Pai was cast in the Kannada drama TV series titled ‘Paaru’ in which she played the character of Paaru and it was telecast on the Zee Kannada TV channel. The TV series was an official remake of Zee Telugu’s TV series titled ‘Muddha Mandaram’ (2014).

• In 2022, Mokshitha Pai was cast in the Tamil drama TV series titled ‘Meenakshi Ponnunga’ in which she played the character of Shakthi. The TV series was an official remake of the Zee Telugu TV series titled ‘Radhamma Kuthuru’ (2019) and it was telecast on the Zee Tamil TV channel.
