Some Lesser Known Facts About Pavan Deshpande

Pavan started playing cricket at a very young age and played his first match for the ‘Karnataka Under-15s’ in 2004.

In 2015, he got selected in the ‘Karnataka’ cricket team and made his T20 debut against ‘Kerala’ in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at Kochi, Kerala in which he scored 29 in 27 balls.

In 2016, he got a chance to play in the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy for ‘Karnataka’ and played his 1st first-class match against ‘Maharashtra’ at Mohali, Punjab, in which he scored 70 in 139 balls in the first innings.

In 2018, ‘Royal Challengers Bangalore’ (RCB) bought him for Rs. 20 lakhs for the ‘2018 Indian Premier League’ (IPL) auction.
