- In 2020, Samyuktha Hegde, along with her friends, was targeted by a group of men and a woman while working out in a park near Agara lake in Bengaluru for wearing a sports outfit in a public place. According to sources, when the woman, identified as Kavitha Reddy, was abusing her for her outfit, a group of men surrounded Samyuktha and threatened to link her name to a drug racket scandal group. Samyuktha reported the incident to a police station; however, a few days after the incident, Samyuktha received a letter of apology from Kavitha Reddy, which Samyuktha posted on her social media.
- Reportedly, in 2022, on the sets of ‘Kreem,’ a Kannada language social thriller, Samyuktha got her ankle twisted and her knee injured after performing a stunt for which she was advised to use ropes or stunt doubles. According to Abhishek Basanth, the director of the film, Samyuktha was suggested to use ropes or stunt doubles, but she refused to do so and got herself injured. Samyuktha was immediately taken to the hospital and was discharged in a few hours. While talking about the incident, in an interview, Abhishek Basanth said,

In the interview, Abhishek Basanth revealed that a picture of Samyuktha soaked in blood got viral and was claimed to be a picture from the above-mentioned incident. Contrary to the claims, Basanth added that the blood on the face of Samyuktha in that picture was just makeup, and she did not suffer any blood loss when she got injured while performing the stunt.
