In April 2019, an actor with the last name 'Yang' was arrested on suspicion of drug use. South Korean news reported that the police received 112 calls about Yang running in the vicinity of a hotel in the Nonhyeon neighborhood of Seoul around 3 a.m. KST. Yang's behavior seemed unusual, including talking gibberish, leading to his detention at the police station.
