Controversies	• On 1 July 2012, a 70-year-old woman was killed by a Land Cruiser owned by Arbaaz Khan. Although at the time of the accident he was not there in the car, the family of the old women demanded damages from Arbaaz. However, the Khan family denied paying the compensation; as the family members of the old woman had disowned the old women. • On 1 June 2018, he was summoned by Thane Police for questioning regarding his involvement in IPL betting scam. Allegations of placing money on matches during the 11th season of IPL through bookies were imposed on him.

• He is the second son of famous screenwriter Salim Khan. His mother, Sushila Charak, later adopted the name Salma Khan.
