Controversies	• In 2007, she was caught amidst a controversy in which Late Jamuna Devi (former leader of the opposition) alleged that Sadhna had illegally purchased four dumpers for ₹2 crore and had put them on rent to a cement factory, however, she was acquitted from all the charges because of inadequate evidence. • The leader of opposition Ajay Singh alleged that Sadhna was involved in the sale of banned tobacco mixes in the state. Shivraj filed a legal suit against the leader stating his allegations a method of defaming the couple. • Another charge was put up by Ajay Singh against Sadhna that she owned uncountable ill-acquired wealth that she had to purchase a money counting machine to count her money. To which Shivraj again responded with a defamation suit of ₹1 Crore against Ajay.
