• In an interview, while sharing his childhood memories with his mother, Madhavi, Vijay said,
  

  I think when I was in the third grade. My mum and dad had gone out. Me and my younger brother decided to clean the whole house. He was in the first grade and I was in the third. We cleaned up the house and made a greeting card with some pictures and hearts and wrote, ‘I Love you’. She started crying when she saw it. I didn’t understand what made her cry. I don’t think we understood the concept of happy tears then. It made her emotional. So, that’s my first memory of gifting something to her.”

• In 2022, she performed a pooja at her home before the release of the Hindi-Telugu film ‘Liger’ starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey. She then tied sacred bands on the wrists of Vijay and Ananya. Later, Ananya took to her social media account to thank Madhavi. She wrote,
