Jugal started his acting career as a child actor in 1983 by playing the role of Rahul in the film Masoom.
He worked as a child model for TV and print media.
He also appeared in various advertisements such as Vicks Vaporub, Saffola, and Nutramul.
He is the cousin of famous actor Chetan Hansraj.
He featured in the most popular Bollywood song Tujhse Naraaz Nahin Zindagi of the film Masoom (1983) as a child artist.
Apart from acting, he also directed 2 films- Roadside Romeo (animated, written as well) and Pyaar Impossible!.
