• In July 2006, he began working as a technical staff member at Rambus, an American technology company in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He served in the position till December 2009.

• From December 2008 to January 2016, Arjun Mohan worked as a part-time consultant at Byju’s India in Bangalore.

• In December 2009, he joined Mentor Graphics as a field application engineer and served there till June 2010. From April 2011 to May 2011, he did a summer internship at HSBC Bank in Mumbai.

• In June 2010, Arjun Mohan joined the Indian Institute of Management in Kozhikode as a student editor of the IIMK newsletter. From September 2010 to March 2012, he was associated with IIM (Kozhikode) in its corporate relations and placements committee.
