Controversies | • Removing the doors of a women's toilet In December 2021, a judicial magistrate court ordered an FIR against Murlidhar Mohol and three others for allegedly removing the doors of a women's toilet in the Paud Phata area of Kothrud. Murlidhar was accused of forcing the residents of the area to leave their homes and move to other places by breaking and removing the doors of women's restrooms. However, the court later put a stay on the FIR after Murlidhar presented his side before the court through his lawyer. The opposition parties claimed that out of 40 candidates eligible for promotion, education certificates of 17 workers were found suspicious. - At 12, Murlidhar joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in his hometown of Kothrud.
