• He started drawing when he was three years old.

• In 1995, he began working as a freelance editorial cartoonist.

• He created the comic strip, ‘Rudy Park’ in 2001 along with journalist Theron Heir. The series continued to be published till 2018.

• In 2003, he wrote and illustrated the comic strip, ‘Candorville’ which featured social and political commentary. The strip was launched by The Washington Post Writers Group.

• He is the first African American to have nationally syndicated two comic strips.

• He worked as a storyboard artist in Los Angeles from April 2012 to September 2022 and created storyboards for films, television, commercials, and presentations.
