• Heena Jain grew up in a middle-class orthodox family in Bangalore, Karnataka.

• Since childhood, Heena didn’t get along with her father.

• The environment at her home was very toxic and girls were asked to wear a veil. However, Heena was never girly. She always wanted to be the man of the family and be the breadwinner.

• Her father did not like her attitude and never looked up respectfully towards her, calling her cheap names.
