• At 22 years old, he relocated to Austria to attend Webster University in Vienna, where he earned a BA in International Business with a focus on Marketing.

• Doustdar joined Novo Nordisk, a multinational pharmaceutical company, in 1992 as an office clerk in Vienna, Austria. He had served Novo Nordisk for 33 years.

• From 1993 to 2007, he held various positions in finance, IT, logistics, operations, and marketing across different sectors of Novo Nordisk’s emerging markets.

• He began his professional life at Nova Nordisk in Vienna and later worked at its Athens and Zurich offices.
