Some Lesser Known Facts About Farsa Wale Baba
- Farse Wale Baba, i.e. Chandrashekhar Baba, was born in Gopalpur Natthanagla Urf Kukar village of Moradabad.
- His parents died when he was young.
- He then joined the Ayodhya Kar Seva movement in the early 1990s and left his home at a young age to become a Baba.
- After a few years, Farse Wale Baba shifted to the Ajnokh area in Mathura, where he opened a gaushala (cow shelter).
- He was only going to his village to participate in religious activities and never attended any wedding ceremonies.
- His elder brother is also living in the village with his family, but Baba seldom visited them. Baba had about 400 cows in his cowshed as of March 2026.
- He later on became involved in cow vigilante operations and was popular in holding a farsa battle-axe that weighed nearly 15 kg.
- On the morning of 21 March 2026, he was working near the border of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh after getting information about illegal cow smuggling in a truck.
- Another truck struck him from behind, and he died.
- According to local sources, the smugglers hit him intentionally. The police officials maintained it was an accident because of fog, and the truck driver also died later in the hospital.
- Local people protested by lying his body on the highway for four hours and also stopped the traffic.
- Many Hindu organisations demanded action against the smugglers, and also damaged the police vehicles.
- Police registered an FIR against 20 people and also arrested a person called Daksh Chaudhary for spreading misinformation about Baba’s death.
