• Aata Sandeep is an Indian actor and choreographer, who predominantly works in the Telugu film industry. He came into the limelight after he won the reality TV dance show Aata Season 1 (2007) along with Tina Sadhu. The show aired on Zee Telugu.

• He grew up in a middle-class family in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.

• He had a passion for dancing since childhood. Growing up, he often used to copy the dance steps of his favourite actors. He also used to perform on hit songs of popular actors at yearly festivals and events while he was in school.

• After pursuing his class 12, Sandeep moved to Hyderabad with his parents, where he was given a choice between a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and a dance course by his parents. His passion for dance led him to move forward with the dance course.

• Aata Sandeep began his career as a dance instructor and choreographer in the Telugu Film Industry. He has choreographed the songs of many Telugu films like Leader (2010), Pawanism (2014), Jagannatakam, and InduVadana (2022).

• In 2007, he appeared as a contestant in season 1 of the dance reality TV show Aata, which aired on Zee Telugu. Sandeep won the show along with Tina Sadhu.

• Subsequently, he participated in many other reality TV dance shows.

• Sandeep then started making dance videos and posting them on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The videos gained immense popularity. He has also shared several dance videos with his wife, Jyoti Raj, on his Instagram account.

• He owns a YouTube channel named Aata Sandeep Dance Master, which was created on 8 April 2011. He uploads his choreography videos, food recipe videos, and day-to-day personal life videos on the channel. As of 2023, the channel has more than 1 million subscribers on it. • In 2015, he appeared in the Telugu short film Aa Gang Repu in which he played the role of a kidnapper. He also appeared as a kidnapper in its sequel titled Aa Gang Repu 2- The Gang Next Day (2017). Sandeep also worked as the producer of the short film.

• In 2022, he participated in the Telugu dance reality TV show IshmartJodi along with his wife, Jyoti Raj.
