• He progressed under the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA). He was selected to play for the Under-14 league matches for the Hyderabad team.

• On 17 November 2023 in quadrangular series, when India List A U-19 was struggling at 95/5 while chasing the total of 376, Avanish smashed 163 runs off only 93 deliveries, leading his team to victory.
