- He is known for being involved in crimes such as murder, extortion, and targeted killings, along with terror activities such as terror financing and cross-border smuggling.
- In August 2017, with the help of Moga police, Arsh Dalla obtained a police clearance certificate to obtain a passport. During that time, he was wanted in three police cases. A constable was later suspended for granting him clearance.
