  • After completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Arun started his professional journey with Reebok, Mumbai in 1996 as a product manager.
  • In 1998, he was promoted to regional sales manager for South India, and in 2000, promoted to marketing manager. Arun served 5 years at Reebok India.
  • In 2001, he joined Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Mumbai, as brand sales manager, North India. Arun had spent more than 15 years in increasing responsibility roles.
  • From leading regional sales teams to steering major FMCG categories like skin care, beverages, and foods, Srinivas played a key role in shaping strategy and driving growth for household brands including Fair & Lovely, Vaseline, Lakmé, and Knorr.
