As per the reports of Khemka, the suppose deal cost between 20,000 crores (US$3 billion) to 350,00 crores (US$55 billion). Following this, a counter FIR was registered against Khemka for damaging Robert Vadra's reputation and illegally cancelling the land deal.

• Ashok Khemka is a 1991 Batch, Haryana Cadre IAS officer.

• He holds various educational achievements, from being an IITian, a Ph.D. holder, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA), he also holds an MA degree in Economics from IGNOU.

• He is a brilliant student and has a great academic career,  adding, in 2016, he has topped the Panjab University (PU) law entrance test, securing 166.37 marks.

• Ashok Khemka received the SR Jindal Prize in 2011 for “Crusade against Corruption, ” along with a cash prize, for exposing corruption.
