Major ControversiesThere was a controversy about the movie "The Hurricane" in which he played the role of the "triple murder convicted" boxer "Rubin Hurricane". A former reporter was angry about the ending as "Hurricane's" sentence was overturned after 20 years which wrongly shows him innocent. There was a campaign against the whole thing.
