• Jayne Trcka grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA, with her mother, father, one older brother, and a younger sister.

• Since childhood, Trcka had been interested in gymnastics. In an interview, she said that,

Being athletic in sports throughout my life, mainly with the sport of gymnastics. Dance, diving, track and field were some secondary sports I participated in. I then coached and judged gymnastic meets after my competitive days were over, to stay involved in the sport.”

• In 1986, Jayne moved to Southern California and started professional weight training there.

• In 1988, she started competing in local bodybuilding shows, achieving top position in various competitions.

• After completing high school, Jayne went on to get a degree in Graphic Communications at Dakota County Technical Institute. She worked in this field until 1991.

• In 1991, Jayne started her career as a government postal carrier in the San Diego, California area.

• In 1996, she began giving personal training at local gyms as a part-time job.

• In 1998, Jayne left her full-time position as a government employee and became a certified personal trainer at the National Council of Strength & Fitness (NCSF). She trained clients in weightlifting and helped them with their nutrition.

• Jayne also made guest appearances at local bodybuilding shows.

• In 2000, Jayne bagged her first role in a featured film, Scary Movie. She played the role of a gym trainer in the film.

• Her performance in the film Scary Movie bagged some other films, such as The Black Magic(2002), Nudity Required(2003), and Cattle Call (2006).

• Jayne Trcka had appeared in numerous muscle and fitness magazines, including Flex, MuscleMag International, Women’s Physique World, Iron Man, and Fighting Females.

• In December 2025, Jayne Trcka was found dead in her apartment in San Diego. Her son shared the news of her death.

• The Law enforcement sources of San Diegosaid that after several days of attempting and failing to get in touch with Trcka via the phone, a close friend started to worry. On 12 December 2025, when her friend visited her home found that she was lying unconscious in the kitchen. When first responders came after a 911 call, they declared her dead on the spot.

• A San Diego medical examiner said that,

 There was trauma to the body, but we wouldn’t be able to indicate the cause of death at this time.”

• In an interview, Jayne Trcka’s son shared that he was unaware of any underlying illness or condition that could account for her unexpected death.
