In 2011, she got her TV breakthrough with Ekta Kapoor‘s ‘Parichay’, where she worked for a short while as she was not happy with her role.

On 12 June 2017, at around 3:45 pm, Kritika’s neighbours complained of the foul smell coming out of her flat, after which they immediately informed the police who rushed to the spot and broke the door where they found Kritika’s dead body under mysterious circumstances.

According to reports, she might have died 3-4 days before the day her dead body was found.
