Controversies | Arrested for arguing with women In July 2012, he was arrested for arguing with 2 women in the driveway of a hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. Police officials claimed he was drunk at the time. He was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing justice. He was booked into the Douglas County Department of Corrections and later released. In August 2012, he plead no contest and was fined $250. Arrested on multiple charges On 4 February 2025, police officers found his car on train tracks near Maitland, Florida, with headlights on. There were marks on the vehicle, and wheels were half-buried in the dirt. Marcus Jordan told police officials that he made a wrong turn and needed right directions. He confessed to drinking some alcoholic drinks in the Winter Park and Casselberry areas when he went to the Rachel's Gentleman's Club. He claimed he was under the legal limit of 0.8 but failed to clear one of the three field sobriety tests at the scene. After arresting him, the police officials found a small white plastic bag in his pocket, later identified as cocaine. He was taken to the Orange County DUI Center and later released on a $4,000 bond.
