• Mustafa Ahmed grew up in an Afghan family.

• As a child, he was dyslexic. So, he did not complete his formal education and left the school.

• During a media interview, Mustafa Ahmed shared that he liked sports and physical activities in childhood but was not academically bright. He said,
  

  I wasn’t a bright kid but I was always physical.”

• When he was 21 years old, he worked as a team leader in a multinational company and was earning Rs. 1 lakh per month.

• During this time, Mustafa Ahmed once helped a woman with physical training at a gym in Janakpuri. Her physical trainer left her, and Mustafa met her by chance.

• Later, she wrote an appreciation letter to Mustafa while thanking him to revive her married life. She motivated him to pursue physical training as a full time career.

• After that, Mustafa Ahmed decided to quit his MNC job. His family members stopped him and called him crazy.

• He then left his job and started working as a gym trainer in West Delhi with a salary of Rs. 10000 per month.

• While working at Fitness First, a noted physical training centre in New Delhi, Mustafa Ahmed was chosen as one of the top physical trainers in India. He received the appreciation within three months of his work. During this period, he was conducting fourteen sessions daily.

• In 2009, his monthly income was Rs. 1.4 Lakh per month.
