• In an interview, she has four siblings and a total of 12 cousins, who are all preparing for government exams.

• In an interview, she mentioned that when her cousins were preparing for their SSC exams, she also started preparing with them and successfully cleared the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams three times. This experience greatly benefited her in preparing for the UPSC exams, as she found that she did not need to separately prepare for the Civil Services Aptitude Test during her UPSC preparation.

• In August 2024, Neha was allocated to the Gujarat cadre and posted as the Supernumerary Assistant Collector in Bharuch, Gujarat. She is one of the youngest IAS officers of India.
