- Sangram Chougule hails from Koparde village in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
- During school days, Sangram actively participated in sports like kabaddi, volleyball, and football. He performed exceptionally well in all of them.
- After completing class 12, he shifted from Kolhapur to Pune to pursue a diploma in engineering.
- After relocating to Pune, Sangram became interested in fitness and began competing in various bodybuilding competitions. He, however, frequently finished as a runner-up.
- During his college days, Sangram met Snehal Chougule, a fashion designer and entrepreneur. They soon fell in love and started dating. The duo got married in 2007.
- In 2006, Sangram received training from a coach named Khan. That same year, he competed in an event held in Pune and won the title ‘The Great Marathi Shree.’
- He has won the title of Mr. India six times and Mr. Maharashtra five times. He has won many other championships.
- Sangram is a fitness enthusiast and always hits the gym. He does not like doing cardio.
- Sangram’s diet varies based on his requirements, but he usually consumes around 2 pounds of fish, 1 pound of chicken, lots of milk, and boiled vegetables daily.
