- Song Jae-rim grew up in a poor family in Seoul and dreamed of becoming a salaried worker, which led him to start working at a young age.
- He had an interest in modelling and acting since he was a child.
- Song had been living alone since he was 20. He developed the habit of tracking his expenses in a notebook to manage his limited budget.
- His mother once suggested he get double eyelid surgery for a more tender look, but he chose not to.
- Song initially worked as a delivery boy at a wine bar to become independent. He later decided to try modelling after his friends suggested it.
- Song started as a runway model for Seoul designers like Juun. J, Ha Sang Beg, and Herin Homme. He walked the ramp at many events, including Seoul Fashion Week.
