Sujatha Sivakumar was given a role by Kamal Hassan in the Tamil movie titled Virumaandi in 2004. She got publicity in South Indian cinema with the movie Paruthiveeran in 2007. Sujatha earned the pen name “Paruthiveeran Sujatha” after appearing in the movie Paruthiveeran.
