• He was born and brought up in a middle-class doctor’s family. His father wanted Sushil to become a doctor. However, Sushil Singh wanted to do something different.

• His family has a dairy farm business in Mumbai, for which he used to visit Mumbai frequently. During his visits to Mumbai, he decided to make his career as an actor.

• Sushil Singh considers Indian actors Kamal Haasan and Girish Karnad as his idols. He also considers Amitabh Bachchan as his inspiration. Even as a child, he used to practice acting by watching the films of Kamal Haasan, Girish Karnad, and Amitabh Bachchan.

• After graduation, he joined theatre groups and worked as a cameraman in B. M. Shah Sanskar Bharti’s workshop.
