- Siddharth Shaw is an Indian actor who is known for appearing in the Bollywood film Love Aaj Kal 2 (2020) and the web series Do Gubbare (2023).

Shaw developed a passion for acting from a tender age. At just three or four years old, he would return home from school and spend his afternoons reenacting scenes from Bollywood movies. Among his favourites was a scene from the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham… (2001), where Rahul (portrayed by Shah Rukh Khan) returns from London, and his mother (Jaya Bachchan) greets him at the gate with a Pooja Thali.
- He also ventured into the Delhi theatre circuit when he was five.
- However, the long hours spent commuting between home and school left him with no time for recreational activities. Consequently, his parents made the decision to enrol him at Mayo College, Ajmer, where he completed his schooling. Interestingly, Siddharth’s father also did his schooling at Mayo College.
- At Mayo College, Siddharth’s talents flourished as he participated in various extracurricular activities. He took part in international debate competitions and also represented India in a youth golf tournament held in South Africa. He also played multiple sports like football, hockey, and cricket. He served as the captain for cultural activities, the golf team, and the debate team at school. In 2016, he even took on the responsibility of organizing the TEDxYouth@MayoCollege event.
- After finishing college, Shaw started working as a theatre artist and worked with various theatre groups like Stage Coach, Julia Gabriel, Asmita Theatre Group, and Gurgaon TH.
- In 2018, he got his first gig, a comic video for WTF station (now called Alright).
- After that, he began appearing in commercials for different companies such as Coca-Cola, BMW, Happydent, and Oyo. Besides that, he also appeared in the print ads of various brands like Kotak Life Insurance, Rapido Bike Taxi, and Imagesbazaar.
- One day, he saw a post on Facebook from Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company (MCCC) announcing an audition event hosted by the casting director, Mukesh Chhabra, at India Habitat Centre in Delhi. Shaw decided to attend the audition, where he successfully secured a role in the film Love Aaj Kal 2 (2020).
- He played the role of a B-grade Cinematographer in the short film Peeli Machli (The Yellow Fish) (2021).

- In 2023, he came into the limelight for appearing in the slice-of-life web series Do Gubbare, which streamed on JioCinema. The series follows Rohit’s journey from Indore to Pune, where he becomes a paying guest at Ajoba’s place. Ajoba, a grandfatherly figure who experienced the same transition in his adulthood, guides Rohit to make his move smoother and more successful.
