Controversies | • In 2001, Shah Rukh was accused of illegally using a plot of land, which was given to her mother on an annual licence fee. He was charged a fine of Rs 12,627 for not paying the license fee and violating the law. Not only did the family fail to pay the license fee but it also built a residential complex at the site in violation of law. • In 2008, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan landed into a brawl at Katrina Kaif's birthday party. Reportedly, when Shah Rukh reached the venue with wife, Gauri Khan, Salman took a lot of digs at him. Apparently, he was upset with SRK for not doing a cameo in his brother Sohail Khan's film 'Main Aur Mrs. Khanna.' • In 2012, he attracted controversy by slapping Shirish Kunder (Farah Khan's husband) in a party. • In 2012, during an IPL match at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, he was criticised for manhandling a security guard and was also barred from entering Wankhede stadium. • In 2013, his statement that he was going to have a baby boy through surrogacy was condemned by the Indian Radiological and Imaging Associations. The commission also ordered them to give her Rs 5,000 as litigation cost and Rs 50,000 as compensation for financial and mental agony. According to the commission's order, the local manager of Byju and Shah Rukh Khan must pay the amount “jointly or severally” to Dixit. According to Dixit, she joined Byju’s as she was influenced by an advertisement featuring Shah Rukh Khan. - Shah Rukh Khan, also known as SRK, is an Indian actor and film producer who mostly works in Hindi films. He is also called the “Baadshah of Bollywood,” “King of Bollywood,” and “King Khan.” Shah Rukh, who has a lot of fans in Asia and around the world, is recognized as one of the most successful actors in Bollywood. He is also considered to be among the most popular actors worldwide.
- Shah Rukh Khan was born into a middle-class family; his father used to run a transport company and his mother was a magistrate.
